As a valued ANZ Business Black customer, you can access our exclusive Rewards Your Way – Personal Shopper Service.

This service allows you the opportunity to redeem your Reward Points for almost anything your business needs1.

We can help you redeem your Reward Points for services such as business purchases, rental payments, utilities bills, fees, marketing agency fees or one off luxury purchases1.

Simply call the ANZ Business Reward Centre and tell them exactly what you wish to redeem2, they will quote the number of Reward Points required, and then arrange the reward on your behalf.

Please note a minimum of 139,000 Reward Points applies.

Using the Rewards Your Way - Personal Shopper Service (Terms and Conditions)

1. ANZ may decline any request that contravenes a law, sanction, regulatory requirement or moral or ethical standards. Rewards Your Way is not available for the purchase of weapons, medical procedures, illegal substances, gambling payments, tax payments and for online transactions.

2. Rewards Your Way is only available on ANZ Business Black accounts. Rewards must be requested by a Points Earner or Rewards Administrator in accordance with the ANZ Business Rewards Program Terms and Conditions. To use Rewards Your Way, the Points Earner must contact the ANZ Business Rewards centre 1300 361 657, Monday – Friday, 8am – 8pm AEST. Rewards Your Way can be used to pay existing business invoices, or to source goods or services of the Points Earner’s or Rewards Administrator’s choice from appropriate suppliers. Each Rewards Your Way redemption must be for a minimum of 139,000 Reward Points. The Points Earner or Rewards Administrator will be provided with a quote for the Rewards Point price of the requested Reward. Reward Points will be deducted from the Points Earner’s or Rewards Administrator’s account within 5 business days of the Points Earner or Rewards Administrator accepting the quote. Requested Rewards are subject to availability and specialised Rewards may not be available or take longer to source and deliver. The Points Earner or Rewards Administrator will be notified of an estimated delivery time where available. If you wish to use Rewards Your Way to pay outstanding invoices, please allow up to 5 business days after providing the invoice for payment and prior acceptance of the quote for the invoice. ANZ will not be liable for any loss, cost or damage associated with late payment of bills, or for any financial or taxation consequences of using Rewards Your Way to pay business expenses. ANZ recommends that you obtain independent and specific advice from appropriate professionals relating to any impact using Rewards Your Way may have on your tax, legal and financial obligations.
